Incentives, conferences and company offsites.

Venue sourcing, delegate logistics and ground programme — run end to end, and billed on one consolidated invoice.

Overview

The admin that eats a week, handled.

A company offsite is not a big holiday. It is a logistics exercise with a fixed date, a fixed budget and an audience of colleagues who will notice every gap.

We take the parts that eat an internal team's week: sourcing venues that actually fit the headcount, chasing hotel contracts, building rooming lists, sequencing transfers so nobody waits in a lobby, and reconciling it all afterwards into something finance can sign off.

You keep the decisions. We do the chasing, and one planner stays across every moving piece from the first brief to the final invoice.

Questions

Before you enquire.

Is there a minimum group size?

No fixed minimum. We handle everything from a small leadership offsite to a large incentive group. What changes is the approach — smaller groups get a lighter touch, larger ones need formal rooming lists and staged transfers.

Can you work with our procurement process?

Yes. We can provide company registration and licence details, quote against a tender or RFP format, and invoice to purchase order. Everything a vendor onboarding pack normally asks for is on our About page.

Do you handle overseas incentive trips?

Yes — we hold an outbound tour operating licence from MOTAC, which is what allows a Malaysian agency to sell overseas travel legally. Ask any agency you are comparing us against for theirs.

Will someone be on site during the event?

For larger programmes, yes. For smaller ones it is usually not warranted and we stay reachable by phone instead. We will tell you honestly which one your event needs rather than selling you a coordinator you do not.

How far in advance should we start?

Sooner than most people think, because venue and room availability drives everything else. If your dates are fixed and the group is large, start as early as you can — a short-notice event is still workable, it just narrows the options.
