Tickets issued by someone you can call.
Domestic and international fares across all major carriers, including group fares, flexible tickets and rebooking when schedules move.
Fares issued properly, changes handled fast.
Booking a flight yourself is easy. Fixing one at 11pm when the airline has cancelled and rebooked you onto a connection you cannot make is not.
That is the actual value of a licensed ticketing agent: someone holds your booking reference, knows the fare rules, and can get it changed without you sitting in a queue.
We are equally happy issuing a single business fare or a block of seats for a group of forty. Either way the fare rules — what is changeable, what is refundable, what the penalties are — get explained before you commit, not after.
What you actually get.
Before you enquire.
Are you cheaper than booking online myself?
Sometimes yes on group fares and negotiated corporate rates, sometimes no on a single budget-carrier seat. We will tell you which it is. The reason companies use an agent is usually the handling when something changes, not the headline fare.
What counts as a group fare?
Airlines set their own thresholds, and the terms differ by carrier and route. Tell us the headcount and destination and we will check what is available for that specific booking.
What happens if a flight gets cancelled?
Contact us and we work the rebooking while you carry on with your day. Because the booking sits with us, we can see the fare rules and available alternatives directly rather than waiting on hold.
Can we set up a company account?
Yes. Bookings can be invoiced to the company rather than paid per traveller, which removes expense claims from the process entirely.
Do you handle seats, baggage and meals?
Yes, requested at the time of booking. Seat allocation depends on the fare class and how early we ticket, which is one of several reasons early booking is worth it.
Other things we handle.

Dates, headcount and a rough budget are enough to get a quote started.
