Is this cheaper than an online travel site?
On a single night in a budget hotel, often not. On a block of rooms, on a longer stay, or where you need flexible cancellation and company billing, contracted rates usually win — and you get one invoice instead of a pile of receipts.
How many rooms make a block worth it?
Hotels set their own thresholds and they vary by property and season. Tell us the number and the dates and we will tell you whether a block is worth doing or whether individual bookings are simpler.
Can names be changed after booking?
Within a room block, usually yes, up to the hotel's cut-off date. That is one of the main advantages over individual bookings, where each reservation is tied to a named guest.
What about deposits and cancellation?
Terms vary by hotel and by rate. We put the deposit schedule and cancellation deadlines in writing with the quote so there are no surprises.
Do you book hotels overseas?
Yes, alongside the flights. Booking both together is what lets us align check-in with the actual arrival time rather than leaving a group waiting in a lobby.
